Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.

We provide estimated timelines for project completion. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, they are subject to change due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Permits and Approvals

Site Access and Preparation
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to remove any obstacles that may interfere with our work. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other features that are not properly marked or disclosed to us before work begins.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project contract. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, extreme weather events, or failure to follow recommended maintenance procedures.
Limitation of Liability
